Guest House Policies:

Check in time is 4PM, check out time is 11AM unless other arrangements are made in advance.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. Visa and MasterCards are accepted.
Cash paying guests-total room stay plus incidentals deposit upon check in.

Smoking is not allowed in any part of the building

Soft drinks as well as coffee and tea are available at all times.
We do not provide alcaholic beverages, you may bring wine etc. if used responsibly.

Any damage or removed items will be charged to your credit card after notification.
 

Cancelation policies:

Cancelations: There is a $30.00 cancellation fee for cancellations. Full refund if canceled 8 days or more in advance of reservation date. No refund for cancellation less than 8 days.
 

Pet policies:

No pets are allowed in the unit, the following kennels are suggested for guests with pets. You will need to make arrangements with a kennel before your arrival.
